You may have heard discussion about 21st Century Skills, especially if you are in education or workforce development, but what exactly are these skills? They go by many names: employability skills, professional skills, interdisciplinary skills, transferable skills, noncognitive skills, and soft skills.

What it all boils down to is the knowledge, work habits, and character traits that are necessary to succeed in this rapidly changing world.
